Last week I had my first experience using your company. I learned of Oshi by admiring the art displays each morning as I come to work at The Pinnacle. Unfortunately, a lady in our department lost a loved one recently. I instantly thought of you guys as I really wanted to show her we cared and wanted her to enjoy something beautiful and special! I  asked for an appropriate and tasteful arrangement. The man I spoke with knew exactly what I needed and that was that. It was a very quick easy phone call – ok I checked that off my list. As soon as I hung up however, I realized that the service was in 2 hours! I called back in a panic and the man very calmly said “not a problem I will make it happen”. Common sense told me he was totally lying – as it was obviously a huge problem, and he was choosing to make it an opportunity instead. I truly appreciated his understanding my plight that day. He literally saved me. I cannot forget the experience and I am reminded of it each morning. I have told all of my co-workers and will continue to in the future as a result of how impressed I was. The receiver said they were very beautiful as well. Oddly enough – the lady whom the flowers were for had never been a fan of mine and I never knew why. Since she came back to work she has been totally changed towards me. Your art worked magic! Seriously – I have tried many different approaches with her in the past but nothing warmed her up!

I realize that one cannot always expect such last minute service but it definitely let me know the level of professional artists you have working for you!

Everything was gorgeous---you took our conversations and created something so beautiful and extraordinary that it took my breath away. The masses of white hydrangeas and lilies, the grasses curving just so, the pedestal of white candles glowing and shimmering with gold leaf...it was an incredibly special setting for our wedding. And the boutonniere you made for Gus with the little purple callas was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Every time I looked at it, it brought me joy.

In the midst of all the wedding hubbub, it was a true gift to be able to work with you and to know that flowers were in good hands.
